What would happen if you didn't have a TV? It's been theorized that my head would rotate at speeds that would frighten Linda Blair...
Who would win in a fight between a T-Rex and the Queen of England? Queen of England - Those little tiara things are sharp!
Five Things on a Deserted Island: The five guys that played James Bond would be just fine! ;)
I couldn't live without my: computer...god, don't even suggest that!
Current CDs in Stereo: Mr. Hanky's Christmas
How did you get started in the business?
Age 17 - I did stand up for a talent show and it just grew from there. I kind of always "fell" into what I did without planning it. I wanted to do comedy, but never wanted to be a comedy writer per say...it just happened.
Why do you do what you do?
I have a life threatening fear of a real job.
Where do you get your ideas & topics from?
I write very personally. Whatever is going on in my head is almost always reflected on the paper. And my multiple personalities chime in as well.
What's your inspiration?
That most people who've tried this business haven't made it to where I am now. That keeps me going.
Which piece are you most proud of/which do you enjoy the most?
This varies so much because the more I read my work, the more faults I find with it. This will be shocking, but it would probably be my interview with Chris Costello (the daughter of Lou Costello from ABBOT AND COSTELLO) or my interview with Gene Colan (comic book artist extraordinnaire).
Where do you see yourself in five years?
I'd like to be in LA doing my little comedy thing. However, nothing in my career has been planned. I'll probably be the editor for GARBAGE DISPOSALS WEEKLY.
Words of Advice...
Despite what people tell you, dreams are not made to be broken. Keep pushing yourself and watch out for the devils around the corner.
