How did you get started in the business?

I watched a Howie Mandel special on HBO and thought, I could do that.
Why do you do what you do?
Making people laugh and having people hang onto your every word, only to get them at the end is the best feeling in the world; even better than sex.
Where do you get your ideas & topics from?
From people.  If I see different people acting or doing the same things, then I know it's relatable to every one else.
What are your "forbidden" topics?  (what won't you write about)
Racial topics or anything that defames a person only to make myself look good.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Writing/producing a television sitcom.
Words of Advice...
If you think it's funny, then others will think it's funny.  Nothing bothers me more than people who don't have faith in their own material/work.  If you think it doesn't work, how can you expect anyone else to think it works?
