Content Guidelines

Just Laugh magazine may contain information of questionable subject matters, so please exercise caution when allowing access.  Although we don't specifically limit our content to adults, material provided through this site may contain foul language, nudity, or other adult material, so please monitor your children's activities online!

The recommended age for readers of Just Laugh magazine is 18 years of age and older.

Information Collection and Usage

Just Laugh Productions, Inc. is the sole owner of information collected on this site.  We will not sell, share, rent, barter or otherwise provide third-parties with any personal information collected through our site, publications, and other mediums.

We make use of IP addresses to track the performance of our site and its contributors, analyze usage trends, and gather general demographic information for aggregate use.  These addresses are not in any way, shape, or form associated with any individuals once processed by ourselves and can not be used to disclose personal information.

Mailing Lists & Commercialization

Any names and/or e-mail addresses acquired by means of any list operated by Just Laugh Productions, Inc. will remain strictly confidential and never be sold, bartered or otherwise distributed to any third-parties for any reason. In addition, subscribers to specific lists will only receive the requested information related to said list, and although advertisements may be included within these opt-in mailings, subscribers will never receive stand-alone advertisements from third-parties on behalf of Just Laugh Productions, Inc. by means of these mailing lists.

E-Mail and Submissions

Correspondence received via electronic mail, conventional mail, or any other means becomes property of Just Laugh Productions, Inc. and is subject to use at our discretion.  Jokes, website links, and other publicly available material may be reproduced or published without further notice, whereas any copyrighted material remains property of the original author until an agreement between said author and Just Laugh Productions has been reached, either per hand written or electrical means. 

Private e-mail retaining any contact information will not be published without prior permission from the author.  Just Laugh Productions, Inc. reserves the right to publish any unsolicited correspondence submitted (minus any identifying information), with the exception of copyrighted materials submitted for publication consideration.

Security and Personal Integrity

Just Laugh Productions, Inc. presents any and all of its services to the general public without any membership fees or authentication necessary.  File integrity within our sites is maintained via industry-standard protection methods provided by our privately hosted server.  Any merchants or sales associates featured on our sites provide terms of their own with respect to security and confidentiality, so please consult with each individual vendor if you have any concerns.

Several public forums are available for use by anyone, so please be aware of any personal  information you allow yourself to disclose in these areas.  Just Laugh Productions, Inc. reserves the right to remove any information posted to our forums which we deem to be inappropriate.

This site contains many links to other sites.  These organizations may have privacy policies that differ from ours, or they may not have one at all, and Just Laugh Productions, Inc. is not responsible for practices by any linked sites.  Please be aware that when you leave our website, you're on your own!
