Having entertained the world for over 20 years with his 'clean and upbeat'
forms of comedy, Tim Cavanagh has made great contributions to society with
his unique and intelligent songs and assorted bits. Known to spend
hours, even minutes preparing his material ahead of time, Tim brings a
custom tailored comedic performance to his audience. Crafting melodic
tunes such as Get Drunk with Dignity, 99 Dead Baboons and Fry Up an Eagle,
Tim has woo-ed audiences of all sizes, ages and ethnic-minorities.
Tim's comedic career began shortly after finishing his B.A. in philosophy
at Loyola University of Chicago, but not before he lived his dream of teaching
at an all-girls Catholic school for several years. Since then, Tim's
performed on several syndicated radio shows including the Dr. Demento Radio
Show and The Bob & Tom Show. Along with his regular appearances
on radio shows across the midwest, Tim maintains a full schedule of stand-up
gigs and has produced two CDs, 'Sounds Like Fun!' and 'The One Minute Song,
Volume 1.'
