Jeepers Creepers  (2001)

I can sum up this movie in 7 words:  it made me want to blow chunks.  This movie just plain sucked.  I mean, I'm not a real fan of the horror movie genre to begin with, but this was just B-A-D.

The movie starts out with a pair of siblings on their way home from college on spring break.  On the drive, some psycho in a big truck tries to run them off the road.  That's the scariest part of the movie right there folks.  After that, the movie just gets dumb.  Eventually you find out that the guy that ran them off the road is a giant bat-like creature that eats people, but only parts of them.  The only redeeming quality of this movie is that it's really predictable, so I could totally scare the girl I went with by grabbing her arm whenever I knew something was going to jump out.  By the midpoint of the movie, my friends and I were yelling at the screen, and everyone else in the theater were carrying on their own conversations.

My recommendation:  Don't go see this movie unless you know someone that gets scared, and you can grab their arms at the "scary parts."
