Zero-to-Sixty in under four seconds and a top speed of over 170 mph, this is the car that would make my insurance agent roll-over in his grave!  The Z06 model 'Vette is only one year old and they're already making improvements on this baby, boasting lateral accelerations of 1 g.  That's right - buckle up, baby!

With a 405-horsepower, 5.7 L, LS6 V8 engine and six-speed manual transmission, Chevy has really outdone themselves this time.  She can do the quarter mile in 12.4 seconds at a mind-boggling 116mph and tops out just over 171 mph, leaving every other muscle car on the lot in the dust!  We wanted to put these numbers to the test and take one for a ride on the town, but after our preferred model priced out at just under $52,000, the salesman refused to let us within ten feet of the keys without having the deeds to both of our houses in hand, first!

At least it's pretty to look at...
