Frequently Asked Questions...

Well, if you're just concerned because you haven't written anything that has been picked up yet, remember that everybody has to start somewhere! Who knows - maybe somebody important will see your chapter here, love it, and begin throwing lots of money your way to do it for a living - just about any writing is good experience.

On the other hand, if you seriously don't think that you're funny, then maybe this project isn't for you. Of course, if we've already told you that you're funny, just get over your low self-esteem and give us a hand, already!

This year we are being a little more strict, as far as what we'll be allowing content-wise, but they still offer anyone quite a bit of room for creative freedom:

• Length - The preferred chapter length is three pages, single-spaced in Microsoft Word using a Times New Roman pt. 12 font. Feel free to surpass this by a page or so if you really get into the story, but please try to give us at least a minimum of three pages.
• Language & Profanity - Only acceptable when it is actually funny! This is intended for an adult audience, so the language can be strong when appropriate, but we will not tolerate blatent obscenity just because you want to say it.
• Schedule - The schedule for this project is very tight and needs to be kept in order to fit in all of the writers involved. The absolute maximum time you can spend on the story is five days, although we'd prefer to have it back in even less time! If you do receive your notification at an inconvenient time, please contact us and we'll do our best to reschedule you.
• And most important of all, have fun!!! The wackier, the better, so enjoy yourself and have a good time!
