The Phrase “got it” is Deemed Unconstitutional

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Just Laugh) – Just moments after a Judge declared the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional, federal employees have been searching high and low to find other constitutional unjustness.

“Just the other day, I heard a mother tell her young child, ‘You got it,’ and it raised an issue on certain phrases in our vernacular,” said Floyd Saunders, successful in getting this phrase banned from vocabulary because it contains the sound ‘God’.

Others, however, think this is ridiculous. “If you do this, you might as well ban the phrase, ‘God damn it,’ and the movie, ‘Lord of the Rings,'” commented Tori Rollins of the What? Institute, who has been saying ‘God damn it’ an awful lot, just in case it comes down to this.

But this issue raises eyebrows to congressmen. “In my opinion, it probably is ridiculous. But since the President is having his own problems with Bin Laden and now corporate fraud, how else can we place the country’s attention off the White House?” questioned Rep. Adam Perry, who believes Osama Bin Laden is laughing his ass off in a cave somewhere.

So far, only the phrase ‘You got it’ and a Spanish guy named Jesus have been barred.
